What is the inflation adjusted house price? My guess is they have lost a lot of price compared to say the DOW in USD. If prices are flat as a number they are losing close to 11% a year since 2022.

Not over unfortunately. Inflation will always see houses (along with every other item in the world go up in price). There’ll be another asset boom by 2030. The super wealthy will always buy assets and there aren’t enough to go round. That doesn’t help us working class though as we’ll still need somewhere to live if we sell. There’s a housing shortage and it won’t be caught up for decades if ever.
